Acne Free In Just Three Days

A person has shocked people by claiming that he has come up with a method that can treat acne in just three days, after having suffered from it when he was younger. The world’s most powerful dermatologist, who prescribed that it takes at least three months to completely treat acne, has from the onset disputed the claim. The secret to the three-day method is in a book by Chris Gibson retailing at a whooping thirty-nine US dollars and ninety-five cents.

The main logic behind this three-day guide is the fact that as soon as toxins are flushed from the human body then acne disappears. In addition, this is proposed by somewhat outrageous methods such as having to poop more often while taking lots of water. Consumption of numerous apples over the three-day period and kiwis as well will, according to the guide, detoxify the body in such a manner that you will be acne free in just three days.

Someone who disputes this argument says that when once suffering from acne tried the three-day guide but ended up starved and surprisingly enough, the acne got worse. A spot check on some of his friends who undertook the same process also revealed, to him, that despite their acne getting more worse, it would either breakout or slightly diminish and then come back in full force after the end of the three days.

He goes ahead and dismisses the three-day acne free process as a hyped up product, saying that the disease requires long-term treatment. He argues that in the three days that one detoxifies through numerous apple intake and lots of water, the probability of acne forming is extremely low. Moreover, considering the fact that there is no fat intake over the period, acne will never appear. Another important point to note is the fact that if someone had been previously consuming oil and then cuts out for the three days then acne will automatically disappear. However, you will again go back to your usual fat ridden diet, which will oversee toxins accumulating, and after the three days, you will be back to where you were previously, or even worse.

In addition, to add salt to injury, no scientific research is yet to prove that detoxification helps the human body with anything, and intellectual debate as to whether detox helps treat whatever human problems are present is still ongoing. He goes on to say that the writer of the book pays people to promote his product, and worse is the fact that it ends up triggering fake positive reviews of the same, from individuals who have never even had acne in their entire lives.

He adds that on genuine and real acne sites, the reviews for this product are largely negative, and the few positive ones are quickly shelved and replaced with the usual ones once the three days elapse and the truth revealed. That acne cannot be treated in three day as is being purported. He goes on to say that after learning his lesson, he would not try the method again.
